Structural Reflexology is the precise practice of integrating foot reflexology with anatomy, physiology and kinesiology and addressing tension sites on the feet.

Tension in the feet impacts the rest of the body as it compensates in order to maintain balance and upright posture while moving forward. Flexibility of the spine is directly related to the flexibility of the foot.

Structural Reflexology outlines not just the types of foot pain and their sources, but also how this pain can manifest itself throughout the body. From lower back pain, to common foot problems such as:

Plantar Faciatis:  is a common cause of heel/arch pain. Structural reflexology can help by loosening the ligaments and muscles in the lower leg to help increase the circulation and flexibility.

Bunion:  is a dislocated joint caused by ill fitting shoes and tension in muscle attachments. Once dislocated it cannot be corrected. We can stop progression when tension is released and proper shows are worn. First indication is the big toe will start going the direction of the other toes.
