Structural Reflexology® is the precise practice of integrating foot reflexology with anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and addressing tension sites on the feet.

Tension in the feet impacts the rest of the body as it compensates in order to maintain balance and upright posture while moving forward. Flexibility of the spine is directly related to the flexibility of the foot.

Structural Reflexology® outlines not just the types of foot pain and their sources, but also how this pain can manifest itself throughout the body. From lower back pain, to common foot problems such as:

Plantar Fasciitis:  is a common cause of heel/arch pain. Structural reflexology can help by loosening the ligaments and muscles in the lower leg to help increase the circulation and flexibility.

Bunion:  “A bunion has been defined as a boney protrusion and many are led to believe it is a growth passed from earlier generations  this protrusion is not a growth but a  dislocation. The combination of certain shoes with extreme muscle tension weakens the toes and formulates this common breakdown of the foot.”
